This lazy Wednesday night reminds me of us. RIding in your car to the $2 theatre, making out in the light of the sun going down, watching old films we didn’t get to see in the “regular” movies, holding hands up the escalator, dark and almost empty auditoriums, coming home and rehashing the night. I miss those quiet times together when the only break of silence were the sounds of kissing, and the song our laughs together make. I love who we are today, but on Wednesdays like these, I miss who we were yesterday.
